Recently Volkswagen in Germany has stopped me from selling my photos of your Vdubs because of trademark infringement. Even though you own the VW and I own the photo, they still own the badge!

I am currently trying to gain permission from Volkswagen to carry on selling photos of Vdubs but apparently my images don’t represent the quality and marketing they wish for their badge.
